Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Azusa, California. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization by managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting hiring initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to identify candidates with relevant experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline hiring processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Organize and attend career fairs, networking events, or interviews, requiring occasional travel.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging job boards, social media platforms, and industry connections.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support onboarding processes and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to track key hiring metrics and improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional communication and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, CareerBuilder, and similar recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct background checks and manage benefit-related functions.
- Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for interviews or recruitment events.
