About us: Good Feet Midwest is an expanding franchisee of The Good Feet Store, America’s #1 Arch Support Store. With 40+ locations across the Midwest and South, we’re poised for significant growth, planning to double our stores in the next 3–5 years.
Our mission is to improve people’s well-being and get them back to the life they love through premium Good Feet Arch Supports. We are looking to add a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to our team.
Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, forecasting future trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will play a key role in analyzing financial performance and providing insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, forecast future financial results, and support strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, models, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cost management initiatives.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and executive teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on financial metrics regularly.
- Conduct scenario analysis to assess risks and opportunities.
- Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes including annual planning and monthly forecasting.
- Maintain and improve financial models and tools to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
