Job Description

The Product Owner is a key role within our agile development teams, serving as the essential liaison between the teams and stakeholders to ensure our software products deliver substantial value to our customers. Reporting to our SVP, Product Management, this position requires a deep understanding of customer needs, product direction, and overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will prioritize the product backlog, define user stories, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features. With a strong background in software development methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, the Product Owner is pivotal in driving the success of our agile development process.

  •   Ensure flexible and timely delivery of products by applying agile methodologies
  • Align stakeholder expectations with project goals and progress to maintain consistency
  • Negotiate and communicate project priorities effectively, ensuring they are well-aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
  • Manage the product backlog with precision, ensuring that all items are clearly defined and ready for efficient development
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that enhances productivity and cross-functional synergy among developers, designers, and QA testers

• Bachelor's degree Or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in Product Management Role

Location: Tampa, FL
In office requirement: 3 days a week

While we offer flexibility, this role includes an expectation of being onsite three days a week in our Tampa office to support team alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
