MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources. 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar HR role. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

 

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

  • Management collaboration identifies hiring needs and assists in creating a that attracts, hires, and retains employees.
  • Create and publish employment opportunities, interview candidates, and seek new community hiring relationships.
  • Must ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assists the Sr. Director of Recruiting in establishing Key Performance Indicators, including hiring and fulfillment timeline.
  • Ongoing research in identifying new candidates from external job postings, resume databases, professional networking, and referrals.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Recruitment in maintaining a positive reputation as an employer on social media, including Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs, when necessary.
  • Perfoms other duties as assigned.
