CELO Trident Fasteners, Inc., the USA branch of CELO, is a global company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of precision screws for industrial applications. Located in Kentwood, Michigan, we have an immediate opening for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who is goal-oriented, task-driven, and has a positive attitude.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain specialized machinery in our fastener manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine adjustments, quality control, basic maintenance, and production documentation to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set-up and Adjustments: Set up machines according to production orders, adjusting dies, speeds, and feed rates to meet specifications. Operate and fine-tune specialized machinery, including cold heading, thread rolling machines and or Sorting machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspect fasteners for defects such as size inconsistencies, burrs, and improper threading using measuring tools. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Basic Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and lubrication of machines to ensure smooth operation.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, including machine settings, production quantities, and quality inspection results.

Requirements:

• Experience in machine operation, preferably in fastener manufacturing.
• Ability to use measuring tools for quality checks.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for adjustments and minor maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
