We are currently seeking a Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and lead critical chemical cleaning operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate team activities during chemical cleaning projects to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of chemical cleaning procedures, including the selection of appropriate chemicals and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on safe chemical handling and operational best practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation of cleaning operations, including chemical usage, safety measures, and completion reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and address any client concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment, coordinating with procurement to ensure necessary supplies.
• Implement and uphold company safety and quality standards throughout all operations.
• Resolve operational challenges and perform troubleshooting during chemical cleaning processes.
• Conduct post-job analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical cleaning or related field.
• Proven supervisory experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations regarding chemical handling and waste disposal.

• Hazardous Materials certification or equivalent.
• Training in chemical safety and emergency response (HAZWOPER).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work in varied environments (offshore, construction sites).
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures effectively.
