As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful connections between consumers and our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Representing nationally recognized brands at local events, retail sites, and promotional activations
Engaging directly with customers to deliver memorable, one-on-one experiences
Promoting brand awareness through clear, confident communication
Providing accurate product or service information to potential customers
Assisting with setup, breakdown, and overall event logistics
Gathering customer feedback and reporting insights to the marketing team
Working collaboratively to support team goals and meet performance benchmarks
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with the public
Strong communicators with a customer-first mindset
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and with a team
Willing to travel locally to attend events and promotional opportunities
Flexible and adaptable to different work environments and schedules
High school graduates (or equivalent); additional education is a plus
Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or promotions is welcome, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
