We're Hiring: Accounts Payable Accountant - Manufacturing Industry (On-Site, 5 Days a Week)

Location: Glenwood, IL

Our client, a reputable company in the manufacturing industry, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong AP experience to contribute to a growing organization. The role is on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
* Reconcile AP accounts and ensure all records are up-to-date.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.
* Prepare and manage weekly payment runs.
* Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
* Maintain vendor relationships and handle inquiries professionally.

Key Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in accounts payable (manufacturing industry preferred).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Business Central experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Must be comfortable working on-site 5 days a week.
